Depression is invisible. You wake each day and do not have the strength to make any effort to fill your day. You sit lost in a world of confusion, anxiety, not understanding the blankness of it all. Then you make an effort, because you are trying to hide how you really feel, things to do, who else will do them? Then that’s another day over, you take a pill, the doctor said it would help, but, it cannot, as the real causes remain. M
The words are so powerful – I can visualise them; and relate to them in some ways , although I haven’t experienced depression. Sobering, and skilfully crafted. Thank you.
